Lauren Wong is originally from Edmond, Oklahoma. Lauren graduated in May 2021 with a degree in Physiology with a Pre-Med track, along with minors in Dance and Microbiology. In the Cabeen lab, Lauren studied how Bacillus subtilis reacts to environmental stressors on different timescales. Lauren loves to read, cycle, and spend time with her friends in her free time! She is now completing a master's program at Tufts Medical School in Boston, MA.
