Katie graduated from OSU in May 2021 with a degree Microbiology/Cell and Molecular Biology. She aspires to become a pediatrician. Katie worked in a team with Lauren to study how Bacillus subtilis reacts to different combinations of environmental stressors. She is now completing a master's degree at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
